	Jinnah Medical College Hospital has been established to provide healthcare services to low income, population of Korangi and adjoining areas. This population has remained under served for a long time. The hospital is commited to training and research work which is community oriented and based to develop skilled manpower appropriate for our environment. Women and children of this area are specially neglected. Special programes are being introduced to provide full primary health cover, family planning, and health awareness. A large number of nurses and medical students are working with the community on a daily basis.

	S.M.Sohail Trust aims to provide its services to all, irrespective of their ability to afford. No patient is refused treatment because of their inability to pay. In order to augment resources, a 'Patient Welfare Fund' is being established to cover cost of medicine, diagnostic tests and operation theatre expenses.
